Living in Del Valle

Del Valle is an unincorporated community in southeast Travis County, home to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and the Circuit of the Americas, which hosts Formula 1's United States Grand Prix. The area has long been one of the most affordable parts of the Austin metro, and its proximity to Tesla's Gigafactory and the airport has put it squarely on the growth map.

Del Valle ISD serves the community, and newer housing developments are bringing modern homes to an area that has traditionally been rural and agricultural. The eastern Travis County location offers shorter commutes to the growing southeastern employment corridor than many realize.
